At Bespoke Arcades, our mission is to provide you with that little bit extra. When ordering from us, you will be guaranteed the highest level of service, with an added personal touch so you know that you’re in the best hands.
To start, we’ll always communicate with you to establish exactly what it is you’re looking for. We have premises in both Central and North London and would gladly invite any potential clients to come and test out our cabinets. Alternatively, we have all of our cabinets on display in the basement of Harrods in London.
If you aren’t able to come and see the machines in person, we are only too happy to discuss all the details over the telephone.
Once we have established your requirements, we will provide you with a provisional invoice and any necessary payment details. From receipt of payment, we aim to have your cabinet ready, tested, and delivered within 2-3 weeks (depending upon the options chosen this may be a shorter or longer period of time).
Should you like some friendly and informed advice on which arcade machine to choose, please don’t hesitate to mail or call us on +44 (0)207 935 9005 anytime.
For our full Terms and Conditions, please see the terms tab on our information page.
At Bespoke Arcades, we are so confident in the quality of our workmanship that we offer a full 12 month parts and labour warranty on all of our products, with the first three months on-site in the UK in the unlikely event that you should have any problems. For overseas orders, we extend this to an 18 month parts and labour warranty, as on-site isn’t always possible.
We are proud to have a very low failure rate and the vast majority of issues can be resolved quite simply by phone or by remotely accessing your machine from our workshop. In this way, unlimited telephone support for the life of your product is also provided as standard with all of our arcade machines. Thanks to this, you can rest assured that you will enjoy your new arcade machine for many years to come and will always be well looked after both during and after your purchase.
We include free UK pallet delivery with all of our machines, and you can also choose to upgrade their shipping if you want a two-man team to deliver your cabinet up or down stairs. We also ship our arcade machines globally, so if you’re looking to purchase from overseas, please get in touch for a direct door-to-door shipping quote.
At Bespoke Arcades, we pride ourselves on providing all of our clients with only the pinnacle in high quality products, which is why we only use branded parts from the best companies in the industry.
Our gaming front-end is the highest quality in its category, and allows access to all your media through the joystick. For our controls, we only use industry standard Coin-Op parts from Suzo Happ Controls®, with real and authentic micro switches (also Sanwa/Seimitsu). We use eight-way joysticks for all cabinets and the most reliable interface available.
All of our cabinets are EU registered designs, manufactured to the highest standard in the UK. Each order is individually made by our team of dedicated specialists who finish, assemble and test each product by hand to ensure that you will receive the highest quality, most enjoyable arcade experience possible.
A vast amount of research and development has gone into ensuring that each cabinet exceeds all expectations, not only in terms of game play and functionality, but also with regards to safety and reliability. All cabinets are CE and LVD certified to surpass all the required safety standards, are extensively tested for a minimum of 72 hours prior to delivery, and include a patented arcade cabinet cooling system.
With all of our cabinets, we provide complementary licensed retro arcade games packs that include over 350 classic arcade games (please see games tab in the Arcades Machines section for full details).
All cabinets can be made to play over 20,000 original arcade games, and are also configured to be compatible with the arcade emulator MAME, allowing access to a huge inventory of games. Once installed, this emulator may enable our clients to add any other arcade games that they may acquire to their system.
Arcade games that work with MAME are commonly known as ROMS. Similarly to MP3’s, not all ROM files are legal to download. We recommend using StarRoms.com (or similar sites) to ensure that the ROMs acquired are legally licensed. Of course, our customers can rest assured that all games provided with the cabinets are licensed for home usage.
All cabinets can also play a huge array of PC or Windows-based games. If you are having trouble finding game collections, simply send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.
