Jaguar

A result of poor timing and bad decisions, Atari presented its Jaguar to the public in 1993. Although there was a few good games (Aliens Vs Predator, Tempest 2000), the console endured a 3 year lifespan retailing under 250,000 units, where the Saturn and Playstation would eventually kill it off. Despite this, the Jaguar has garnered devoted fans who still make homebrew games for it today.

Best Emulator: Project Jaguar
An easy to use, solid emulator. Few options, so its a doddle to start riding the psychedelic vector waves in Jeff Minter’s Tempest 2000.
